The most comfortable innerwear ever

As the parents of a 9 yr old, we have actively been on the lookout for innerwear that is comfortable for the child to wear and would get her used to wearing something at all times. Every brand we tried has led to some issue or another, like “too tight” or “itchy” or “unable to play”. We decided to try Apoio upon a friend’s recommendation and found the perfect solution. The material is super soft and feels very comfortable to the touch. Our daughter tried it once and there was no looking back, she described it as “the most comfortable innerwear I have ever worn”. She, in fact, looks forward to wearing these, be it a school, workouts or football practice. If there were to be a suggestion it would be that Apoio should do nightwear as well.

At what age should my daughter start wearing a training bra?

There is no fixed age, every girl develops at her own pace. Generally, girls between 7 to 11 years old may start wearing one when they notice breast buds, nipple sensitivity, or feel conscious about their chest.

How do I know which size to choose for my daughter?

Measure the chest circumference just below the bust and around the fullest part of the chest. Our size guide helps you find the best fit based on these measurements. Training bras are usually stretchy to accommodate growth. To test the right size, the waist band should allow two fingers comfortably underneath without digging into the back.
