Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective OR  damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy allows exchanges only for items that are damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Any damage occured from the customer’s or delivery agent’s end will not be liable for exchange. To initiate an exchange, we require clear image or video proof of the damage. Once the submitted evidence is reviewed and the authenticity of the damage is verified, we will approve the exchange process. Please note that exchanges will be granted solely in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, and no other requests for exchange will be accepted.
