ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

CASH ON DELIVERY: 

We are pleased to offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customers who prefer to pay upon receiving their order. COD is available on select items and is subject to the following terms:

  1. COD Convenience Fee: A nominal fee of Rs.100 will be added to each COD order. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with handling cash payments through our delivery partners.
  2. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order with COD, we may contact you via phone or email to confirm the order. This step is necessary to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
  3. Eligibility and Availability: COD is available only for specific products and delivery areas. During the checkout process, eligible items and locations for COD will be indicated. COD may not be available for certain high-value items or in certain regions.
  4. Payment on Delivery: Payment must be made in full, in cash, to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. We recommend having the exact amount ready, as our delivery agents may not always have change.
  5. Non-Delivery or Cancellation: Orders with COD that are cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery may affect future eligibility for COD service.
  6. Limitations: COD may have limitations based on the maximum value per order. For larger transactions, we recommend opting for online payment methods for a smoother experience.

By choosing COD, you agree to these terms and the associated Rs.100 convenience fee. If you have any questions about our COD service, please reach out to our customer support team.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days using Shiprocket. Flat rate shipping fee of [fee] applies to orders shipping to outside of Mumbai. We do not ship outside of India at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@apoio.co.in.  in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
